GE c40 8w - CSX + Double Traction

Description
Repaint of the (Urban Games) GE c40 8w to the CSX colors .

The color scheme was created by Urban Games. I have added the CSX logo and a new Running Number.

Double Traction = A-unit forward - B-unit backward
