TAS stands for Tool Assisted Super play. Most people who know what AGDQ is will understand this instantly.

It allows you to do impossible thing, outside a normal human's reaction time.

One example is being able to advance and input actions frame by frame, allowing for the perfect run, or something that can never be beaten. The goal here is to use a TAS emulator to beat this chamber. Its impossible to complete on your own doing the TAS route. Its just too fast.
