The original poster on SFMLAB is "wattchewant" and he deserves the credit. Im posting this on the Steam workshop to make it easier for people to access.

I found a file called "Wraith_L3_Glow.vtf" in the materials folder. I guess it's the thing to make its armor glow like for the Goliath's model, but even in pitch darkness there's no glow.
So either I'm not doing things right (also because I'm an amateur at SFM), either the file does not work.
