Opis
What is Republic at War?

Republic at War is a total conversion modification for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. Republic at War focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various Clone War campaigns such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as either the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.

We have added the following content:
  • Republic now has the ability to negotiate with neutral factions to gain additional bonuses.
  • Added 13 totally new systems: Scarif, Rishi, Drukenwell, Serenno, Agamar, Klatoonie, Deltooine, Reltooine, Telos 4, Numidian Prime, Quell, Ylesia, Bandomeer.
  • Added land map to 1 system: Yag’dul
  • Replaced or updated 12 land maps: Rodia, Manaan, Rothana, Thyferra, Duro, Ithor, Bestine, Yavin, Umbara, Hypori, Nar Shaddaa
  • Added 2 new CIS Heros: Wat Tambor, San Hill.
  • Added new Republic Hero: Bail Organa
  • 1 New Galactic Conquest: Rush.
  • Added New Planet Admin Structure
  • Added the Arms Dealer Structure: Allows both factions to build: Siege Tank, Manka Walker, SD6 Hulk Droid, GRZ Droid, Avalanche Tank, A-3 Guntruck.
  • Added new CIS units: CIS Orbital Population Center, Atlas-Class Defense Station, Pelest-Class Cruiser, Scorpanek Annihilator droid, Octuparra Combat Tri-Droid, Probe Droid, Seismic Tank.
  • Added new Republic units: Republic Orbital Population Center, Golan 1, Golan 2, 104th Wolfpack Battalion, plus numerous units that can be acquired by diplomacy
  • New Corporate Sector Authority Units: MLC-3 Light Tank, Heavy CSA Infantry, CSA Flame Infantry, Updated Espo Squads with Shield Troopers, Strikebreaker, T-62 Convor, Dimel Assault Ship, CSA Modular Taskforce Cruiser.
  • Brand new models for the following units: phase 1 and 2 clones, Arc Troopers, B1 Battledroids, Republic Barracks, Republic Light and Factory, plus many more visual updates.
  • Other changes like new audio for certain units, as well as many many quality of life fixes.

Running Republic at War

After subscribing to this mod, please wait until the download is finished!

The recommended way of launching Republic at War is by using the FoC Launcher. The launcher can be downloaded here. You might want to suppress your Anti-Virus for this file. For more information how to download the mod please get the latest install guides from here.

Alternatively you can use the built-in steam method to launch a Forces of Corruption Mod.
If the game doesn't re-launch when you enable the mod ingame, or you want to just directly launch into the mod, go to the properties for Empire at War in Steam and paste the following into launch options (including steammod):

@Mr Iron - We'll try to look into that, but I'll be honest, I'm not exactly sure why it's doing it. It likely won't be for a small bit until we fix it, though

@Darylphichoffjr - Dathomir is meant to be nearly impossible to capture. That's the fun of it ;)

the point i brought quell up is that taking it is almost necessary to unlock more potentially profitable areas nearby

@GenerallyThrawn That is because Quell is an ice map; they and desert maps incur a credit penalty on account of being harsh places to live.

capturing quell in from ashes as the republic penalizes with a charge of -1800 credits.

Will the infinite fighters deploying from the CIS Support Vessel be patched?

In Galactic Conquest, the Support Vessel (looks like the core of a lucrehulk) will deploy interceptor droids non-stop until you reach the max population in battle.

You take a handful of these guys, and sit them in a corner and wear out the republic or whoever you're fighting by just swarming them with a literal infinite fighter supply.

I get the CIS is suppose to well, do that... but there is no reason at all this should be infinite. I'm glad this only seems to happen with that specific ship, but thats a pretty big problem regardless.

hello iv loved this game since i was younger, i remember having to download it from the website before i saw i could use it on steam, used to use the CD lol. great job on the mod, i come and go with playing, i gave it a shot a few days ago, just wanted to ask about the diplomacy part cause i tried to do it but it was not working, i was playing on the clone wars map. any tips would be most helpful thank you.

We just released patch 1.5.1, fixing most of the bugs found in 1.5.0. Check out ⁠my comment below for the specifics on the changes. Saves on the following GCs should be restarted: Surrounded, From Ashes, Fall of the Jedi, and Multiplayer Campaigns. All of the GC saves should be safe, though.
