Transmute Arrows - (This mod not require any DLC of the game)

Many bad arrows left in your inventory? You want to use them, but they are so weak that not worthwhile; purchase of another kind... out of the question, I'll waste my time doing it. Well, so here are the solution, Dragonborn!

With this spell, I tried to make a balance between effort, resource and time: effort 'cause you need just magicka to do it, resource 'cause you need just arrows for convert and time 'cause you can use this spell anywhere, and anytime!

Below I gonna show you what do you need to use this spell:
* 24 Arrows, or more, of specific kinds.
* Magicka.

That's it! No set location (Like forge or something), no money and no stress.

What kind of arrows I need to transmute? List...
- 24x Iron Arrow to 12x Steel Arrow.
- 24x Steel Arrow to 12x Orcish Arrow.
- 24x Orcish Arrow to 12x Dwarven Arrow.
- 24x Dwarven Arrow to 12x Elven Arrow.
- 24x Elven Arrow to 12x Glass Arrow.
- 24x Glass Arrow to 12x Ebony Arrow.
- 24x Ebony Arrow to 12x Daedric Arrow.

Where do I find the book?
- Go to the Thief Guild Headquarters. The book is near of the Vex and other thief members (See the photo, for more precision location). You don't need to purchase it.

Come on, I just want the book!
- Down your console and type "player.additem XX00112c8 1". Where this XX is the load order of my mod in your Skyrim. In my case, the mod is running in the 15 place, so the XX is 15.

You'll not put more kinds of arrows to transmute?
- Maybe in a future update... but I'm sure this mod covers the most used arrows.

Wait a sec, this is not cheeting?
- Nope, already exist one spell called "Transmute" that transmutes ore. Besides, it's just 24 pieces per spell cast that results in 12 arrows a level above the rank; will take so long, and so much magicka, to transmute all the 600 Iron Arrows to some Daedric Arrows =D

I really tried to do a balanced spell... But if you find something wrong, like any bug or something (Or any sugestion too), I'll be grateful to know! Thx once more Dragonborn, hope that you enjoy this simple mod!

Update v1.1 (07/12/2012):
- Modified the transmuted number of arrows; 30 to 24.

Update v1.2 (09/12/2012):
- Less cost of magicka. Consequently, Alteration Skill will less increase when using this spell (Just a little).
- Changed the spell level for "Apprentice", so that the player can have the perk, more quickly, which reduces the cost of magicka.
- Now the spell is more balanced (No more overpower spell).
