Forces of Gaea and Chaos

Description
Trouble stirs in an ancient world, as the Agents of Chaos set their plans of world domination in motion. To fight these shadowy agents, Gaia, the goddess of nature, has chosen a new Keeper and their followers to defend the realm.

Play as one of the many characters of Earth, and then fight each other with cards, all the while gathering equipment, saving burning villages, in this epic fantasy deduction game!

Can be found in-game.

OVERVIEW
This is a deduction card game. Players are given hidden roles at the beginning of the game, and must fight for the god they serve. One player will be assigned the Keeper. Some players must work with the new Keeper as the Agents of Earth, stopping disasters from destroying the land. Other players play as the Agents of Chaos who are responsible for unleashing these disasters. Another group of players may even play as a secret team of cultists who are bidding their time, and must defeat all other factions to win. The fight for nature itself hangs in the balance! Will the Agents of Earth protect the world in time, or will more shadowy agents manage to usurp the Keeper by the end?

Just wanted to say a small thanks to those who stuck around. Currently working on a 3rd Prototype of the game. Upcoming changes include:

- A released PDF rulebook
- Making the World Track as a looming threat that gets stronger over time.
- Updated combat system to make magical and physical attacks feel distinctive
- Addressing the item deck so that players have more choice in what sort of item they receive, as well as making items more universally useful
- Make forging feel less of an annoyance for players that are behind.
- Make ARMOR (Armour) less of an RNG dodging mechanic that feels bad when luck isn’t in your favour, to a consistent source of security that you have ways to play around.
- Character balance changes.
- And much more! :steamhappy:
