God had called for conquest and this strange heathen land must be claimed in His name.

The Conquistador is a straight forward damage support class that can either be melee or ranged oriented. He may not hit as high as the Leper in melee or the Musketeer in ranged, but you won't have to worry about him about being pushed to the rear or to the front as his versatile arsenal of swords, polearms and muskets allow him to deliver damage at any position.

He also specializes in sending the enemy into a disarray, with a number of his abilities being able to shuffle the enemy ranks, lower their move and stun resist.

Note: To be thematic, the Conquistador sometimes speaks in Spanish, so don't worry about your language pack being bugged.

His abilities are as follows:

1. Corte Doblado - Basic melee attack. Has high initial damage and raises speed, but lowers damage with every use.
2. Embate - Basic stun attack. Lowers target's attack.
3. Blandir Lanza - Melee attack that hits a random target and shuffles them.
4. Marcha Penetrante - Impales the front two rows and lowers Protection. Moves the Conquistador forward. The second target also receives lesser damage than the one in the front.
5. Fuego! - Basic ranged attack. Deals more damage to bleeding and marked targets.
6. Granada - Throws a grenade that damages the center rows and lowers move and stun resist.
7. Formación en Tercio - Ranged attack that shuffles the first three rows and pushes the Conquistador to the back. Applies a melee riposte that pushes away attackers.

Camping Skills:

1. Solemn Prayer - Heals stress and adds stress resist
2. Search For Treasure - Procures two trinkets but lowers virtue roll chance
3. Mission Fervor - Raises party speed and heals stress for religious classes.
4. Pike and Shot Tactics - Increases ranged attack accuracy and melee attack critical damage. Increase move resist.

The Conquistador also increases the amount of stacks of gold you can have in the inventory, however not to the same extent as Antiquarians.

Resolve Check:

The Conquistador has two exclusive resolve statuses

Zealous (Virtuous) - Increases speed and damage, and also applies speed buffs and heal stress.

Rapacious (Afflicted) - Increases gold find, scouting and speed, but lowers trap and stress resist and accuracy. Has a high tendency to attack team mates and do random moves.

Lastly, the Conquistador comes with 2 pieces of Corned Gunpowder items when you bring one in your party. If used, it increases the damage of your Fuego and Tercio attacks for 1 turn, so use them wisely.
