Have fun and enjoy!
Thanks for your patience... 😄
Have a great day/night!
If you read the first paragraph in the Launching Battlenet Games from Steam, I have emphasized that it will not start the games for you. You need to do that manually through their launcher, as all this is doing is hooking the Steam overlay into the BNet launcher and any games run through it (unless the developer has chosen to remove 3rd party hooks, as has been the case with most of the Call of Duty games). This is especially helpful if updates that are required, they can take place first.
Hope this clears up the confusion. If you have any more questions or concerns, feel free to ask!
Have fun and enjoy. 😃
Starcraft 2 no longer opens after selecting play. Just like Warcraft 3: Reforged, I have to select play in the Battle.net launcher.
"C:\Program Files (x86)/Battle.net/Battle.net Launcher.exe" --exec="launch S2"
Battle.net would open, then close when the game launched.
I tried to do the same thing with Warcraft 3: Reforged, but it remains on the Battle.net launched. Unlike SC2, Battle.net did not automatically appear on the list and I had to manually search for it before adding it back in. I have tried using both Target options and both just open on the Battle.net launcher.
"C:\Program Files (x86)/Battle.net/Battle.net Launcher.exe" --exec="launch W3"
"C:\Program Files (x86)/Battle.net/Battle.net.exe" --exec="launch W3"
Any recommendations?
If it's still not working, try reinstalling your Battlenet Launcher from download.battle.net
Please let me know if anything here worked for you.
Good luck!
