i forgot
but ithe bones need to have HL2 keybones in order to make it work on the rig biped simple
(you know, if the bones have the red and green and yellow colors to make the movement simpler and easy for make)

Very nice. Wish we had more models from Alice: Madness Returns, there's hardly anything in both SFM and Gmod. Would love to see someone port the Mad Hatter's model
