-Celll state changes should now appear more gradually and depth-of-field is now tuned in better with the near/distant eye-focus delay variable from last release.
-Stumbling will now occur less frequently
-Radial blur progression now correctly inherits the cell state and its sub.

-Drunken effect is now dependant on the amount of alcohol consumed. Drinking a little will render a light buzz, while drinking heavily will get you completely sh!t faced. (And everything in the middle).
-Modified drunken state with progressive radial blur, double-vision, full-screen motion blur, and a longer delay in eye focus between distant and near objects.
-Drunken-stumbling in first and third person now becomes more frequent as you continue to drink.
