Also there shouldn't be any hassle to optimize for mobile. Steam does it automatically.
You can also edit the quality manually when converting the wallpaper to mobile in the launcher.
Thanks for the heads up, I didn't even consider that.
I accepted the addendum but feel free to keep your version as I'm unsure how to actually optimize for mobile.

ps. if the creator updates the original wallpaper to the new TOS for mobile I will take down my version out of respect..
a full cycle takes about 45~50 seconds. I in deed kept it a long and hard to guess interval. That's on purpose.
You may like to adjust the playback-rate, if it's too noisy you can try compensating by lowering the fps.
