I already submitted the bug to the devs. I am awaiting their analysis.

I really dont see how that is the problem. The bug is that my shots does not hit where I aim, as seen in the video. And not everyone has this problem. If it was a server setting, I guess everyone would have it? And it occur on several servers, but only maps like Winterwald, Cold Steel and Bridges.
