What's the skill level of your farmer? Steel trees require a skill level of 5 to plant. If your farmer is 4 or lower, they won't be able to plant the trees. If they're at least 5, or higher, then check and see if they have access to the area, and if they have other skills at a higher priority, causing them to ignore the tree growing in favor of other tasks.

so i put down a growing zone and set it to Steel tree but my colonist wont plant? not sure why its not working for me...please help <3

Of all things in this mod, the beer tree is the most realistic one

There was someone in the comments section a while back who mentioned that there is actually a wine made from fermented tree sap, Palm Wine. The sap from the tree used ferments quickly after collecting it, and can be made into a drinkable alcoholic beverage within hours of harvesting.

Given Maple Syrup is a thing(We take the 'blood' of a tree and eat it), someone making that blood into something else makes a kind of sense.

I'm not going wild and crazy to add every resource with this. It's just the resources you would normally mine for, and the beer tree as a joke.

add psychite, chemfuel, go juice, and other stuff!!! i want to have fuel but also get high!!!
