Metro 2033 Radio Adjustable Volume

Description
This serves as an addon for my Metro 2033 radio mod.

With this you can lower or adjust the volume of the radio while its playing.

Base / Max Volume is 100%.

The normal Metro 2033 Radio mod is still required.
