Configurable Prison Breaks - Continued

Allows prison breaks to be disabled completely or configured based on mental break threshold, default setting disables prison breaks when a pawn is happy (no mental break risk)

Suggestions/Bugs?
Let me know in the comments if there's any bugs. I also am open to any suggestions or improvements. I have also setup a Discord server[discord.gg] for direct communications. It should help in issues getting sorted out faster.

@Jehsee I don't have Dub's break mod but I have Prison Commons. Worked perfectly fine together in 1.5, but recently moved to 1.6 and got 2 prison breaks within a short time already, despite having breaks set to Never.

@나는 초보입니다. Yes, setting it to never should prevent prison breaks. I've just tested it and it works for me so I guess it's a mod conflict issue.

Should I set it to "Never"?
I'm still getting jailbreaks even though it's set to "Never."

@GalopaWXY I was also confused about this when I updated the mod. If you set it to extreme for example, then any mood below that (minor/major) won't cause any prison breaks.

Hi! How does the "threshold for prison break" work? "never" is no prison break I assume, but then is "extreme" prison breaks all the time, or does it mean when prisoners are in extreme mental distress?

If you figure out which mod is causing the issue, let me know and I'll see if I can create a compatibility patch. If you'd like to make sure that this mod is actually working, you can test it on its own.

didnt work, only other mod i think that might be conflicting is dubs break mod but i doubt it? idk ill keep trying though
