Some of the most beautiful and ethereal visuals and audio I've experienced in a game in a long time. Would love to see more like this.

If you enjoyed the randomized dungeon gameplay of the main game's postgame, this is more of that with some extra things on top. Lots of new magic, dressup, and a little bit of extra story. The difficulty curve being a bit rough in the latter parts of the game (ie. walk into a room and get instagibbed) is the only complaint I might have.

Solid little 2-3hr metroidvania. Controls can be a little rough (you have to be very specific to uncrouch) and some sound effects are way too loud compared to the rest of the game. Aside from those complaints, I had fun. The story is interesting and well written, the visuals feel very "2000s freeware" in a good way (reminds me of The Desolate Hope), and the level design is better than many indie metroidvanias I've played.

A solid 3D platformer, even if a little rough around the edges. Satisfying movement and large areas worth exploring are complemented by a mysterious atmosphere and excellent soundtrack.

I've seen many indie games utilizing a PS1/N64 inspired aesthetic try to embody that same sense of mystery and surprise as you'd have playing games from the era as a kid. Many fail, but Planet Mort absolutely delivers.

Great music, fascinating setting and character designs. Gameplay isn't necessarily a focus here, if you've been around the block with weird RPGmaker games you know what to expect in that regard - think Space Funeral.

That said, I did enjoy the latter part of the game where it opens up a bit and you have a bunch of different areas you can go to. I think if Scumhead made another RPG in the future I'd like to see more of that kind of open-endedness in it.

Cute monster girls in a game that feels like a speedy, mini version of Monster Rancher. What's here is quite fun, though as you would expect from the pricetag, there isn't a whole lot here. Think of it like a flash game or something. Would love to see this expanded into a "full" game one day.
