Hi, I and some other people have gotten a false flag banned in PUBG just like your friend. I have played 2 games against bots. I am in contact with a person who has played the game for 7 minutes in total just to claim the prime skins and is in the same situation.

I contacted the support and they told me that I am guilty and that they don't care. ;)

And from what I have read the only way to get yourself unbanned is to make a drama out of it. That's why I would like to get in contact with your friend. (Only if he's innocent and had no cheats for any game on his system.)
