If you are calling this guy a scammer he is not.
This is one of the many peoples accounts that get hacked when you sign into the website ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. The guy that keeps hacking these accounts lives somewhere in russia that is all I know. The main owner of the account has to contact steam to get his account back.
