i got this game from a metroidvania bundle on humble but it was already on my wishlist

its a great little metroidvania. only takes about 10 hours to do everything but its a great time. definitely worth playing even if it takes a lot of inspiration from hollow knight

fun little platformer. short and to the point and it doesn't over stay its welcome. great little game to pick up if you like metroidvanias

before i start this review i would not recommend this game unless you have played both danganronpa 1 and 2. this game heavily spoils both games as well as giving character development to characters from those games making this not as good of an experience for those that have not played those games. as a game i think this game is a little underwhelming though. the third person shooter gameplay is kind of ♥♥♥♥ with the exception of the boss fights. the story though makes up for this. taking toko who was my least favourite of danganronpa 1's survivors and making me care for her was really cool. the story as a whole is very good especially after chapter 3 when the more annoying characters get phased out of it. out of this and the first 2 danganronpas i was very immersed in the conclusion of this one on the edge of my seat wondering whats going to happen next

basically what im trying to say is play this game is you like danganronpa. while the gameplay is nothing to ride home about the story is very well written and for me improves characters from the first 2 games especially toko

I want to start this review by saying this game is incredible. slick movement, smooth combat, great bosses and a beautiful story. swinging around is such a fun experience to the point where i would just forget the story and swing around for a little bit stopping crimes. so why give a negative review you may ask. the state this game has been in throughout my playthrough is frankly unacceptable. my game has most definitely crashed over 50 times during loading screens and i am at my wits end. i am still playing through the DLC and enjoying my time but before i can give this game the thumbs up it deserves. the buggy release of the PC port needs to be ironed out

Very good game. the overall story was very intriguing and i felt that is got to a satisfying conclusion. the killers were also less obvious then the first game and i feel like part of that is due to the characters. all of them seem like they could/would kill someone which would have me going into every class trial doubting everyone compared to the first game where i would only doubt a couple.

Big Warning though, play the first game before this one. thank me later

great game. not too challenging and not too hard. very good game to just hop on shoot some enemies and then hop off. excited to play the sequel

this game is good. i just cannot gel with the controls after 3 and a half hours. the pixel art is fantastic and i really want to like this game but i dont really. if this game looks interesting to you then pick it up. these devs deserve the support and im happy to support good looking experimental games like this

Great Game. it really makes you feel awesome and actually good at video games (spoiler alert im not). satisfying game to play. definitely go for all of the ace medals though as most of the fun in the game comes from finding shortcuts and bettering your time

this did not need to be a thing..... but its awesome and im really happy it is. for an april fools joke this is incredible. play it
