Oh, Dave. How do I even describe you?

When I first purchased this game, it was because I was tickled by the idea of diving for fish that you bring home and turn into sushi. And to be fair, that is absolutely how the game began. Harpoon some fish, bring them home, and wait on the customers that wanted to eat the delicacies that the ocean offered you that day.

It was cute. It was fun. It was comfortable.

But the thing about Dave is... every time you start getting comfortable, the throw more at you. Perfectly incremented. Perfectly planned. Because once you start getting comfortable, the throw and extra little needle in that gets you excited all over again and things feel fresh and new and different.

Suddenly you are juggling so much more than just diving in the ocean to get fish and feeding them to customers. And every single extra thing they throw in just makes you want to dive deeper. Deeper into the game and the ocean.

It has been a long time since I have binged a game this hard before. I don't want to put it down. And often find myself forgetting I need to sleep. Who needs sleep? Dave doesn't!
