Turmoil manages exactly that. You slowly watch your profits go up as you explore different plots of lands and drain them of oil, all the while trying to stay ahead of your competitors. It's a fun challenge to figure out which upgrades are worth investing in to maximise your profits. On top of that, you work your way through four different ground types, each with their own game mechanics that add some variety.
