I can't describe the helluva time I had with this game, pro tip.
As a sidenote, it takes some time to build up the tension but it's totally worth it staying!
If you're like me you'll be undoubtedly blown away by the connections to the other SCI;ADV entries before which makes the worldbuilding even greater.
The game has a huge focus on character development while slowly introducing the plot gradually approaching to the grande finale. ROBOTICS;NOTES inherits the usual SCI;ADV style with introducing a compelling story only by the means of its realistic 'non-fantasy' approach and executes that in a way which builds up tension and emotional engagement.

I had a blast playing this game although there are two things that one must know:
- The plot really takes a lot of time to heat up - so if you're totally uninterested in the characters it's probably hard keeping on
- It's almost impossible to progress through the chapters if you're not looking up a guide
