One day, i met the horrible person in a Dota 2 match, spoiler: we won EZ.
That said, it took us 1 hr and 10 minutes. The WHOLE time they were screaming: "WRONG", "What is your problem? Go top!" and such. No one was making any kind of grave mistakes in the game actually and the opposing team wasn't that experienced, so it was an easy win.
So in retrospect muting them would be the correct choice, for we could ACTUALLY ENJOY the game and finish waaay earlier. But in all honesty, he is a good guy. Cheers.
