It's not perfect, and the damn chicken is a bad idea. But it's a game where you bust things up and redecorate, I never get enough of them, and guests demands add extra fun. I can sink hours into games like this.

For learning to edit and do pictures, this is a pretty creditable and much cheaper alternative to Photoshop for digital art. Easier learning curve than GIMP, and does pretty much everything I need it to. There's a free version, but this version is worth it to support the developers and keep up with updates.

A lot of fun, and the students and classrooms and creatures are so cute.

The game I always wanted and never knew I did. 11/10, would play a depressed amnesiac cop who crumbles because a little girl doesn't like his idea for a romance novel again.

The world, the story, the voice acting, the characters, the internal voices, the music, the humour, the sadness, the moral choices, navigating this broken world through conversations... It's an amazing experience.

Haven't been this enthralled by a new game in a very long time.

An unusual game, and an absorbing one. I really enjoy it and get sucked in every time.

As usual for match-3 based games, I don't think I'd recommend it full price. Pick it up on decent sale, though, and it's fast paced, and the (minor) city building adds a bit. I enjoy using the recruits, gear and spells, and they add an interesting extra element to gameplay.

Pick it up if you need something to turn your brain off and relax.

Gamebooks of my childhood! The Shamutanti Hills is rubbish but Khare is amazing, just like the books. It does benefit form the adaptation. The sound effects are great, especially when you fall in to the sewers for the fifth time.

Fabulous game in every way. It has the same quirky humour and charm as Kittty Powers' Matchmaker, but it has far more depth of gameplay. I love my tragic couples with their inability to have conversations or make smoothies without me, and I never know whether to laugh or have my heart break when they spectacularly mess up their proposals. The increasing complexity is well paced.

It's fun being able to take my favourite couples from Match maker and add them in, but not necessary.

The minigames are fun, but it's the sheer ridiculousness and good heartedness of it I love most. !0/10,.
