This game is exceptional on what you can do with it. And if you are a refugee from SimCity 2013, this is essentially what it should have been.

Great at simulating, great for creative building and thinking, great at teaching how cities are built and how layouts for blocks is essential, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ HORRIBLE at traffic though, as it is in real life.

If you've got piss for brains and never played a proper RPG I guess this is a good introduction but comparing this to the likes of Fallout: New Vegas, Knights of the Old Republic and other great RPG's this would be the limp bizkit of that genre.

The things it has going for itself is a great combat system and doesn't feel as clunky as other Bethesda games and it has a luke-warm story line. It has some interesting characters and etc.

Overall rating would land on 7.5/10, it's a pleasant experience but it isn't up to par to its predecessors. If you want a good open world and shooter experience though this would be fitting for you.

This game/mod is a big part of my "childhood" or early teens. It means alot to me and its very sick.
It has that deep and depressing message with a good storyline.
It has great scares and i do recommend you play it.

Now ill shut up, play it now. Do it.
