Personally wasn't a fan of this game, and Sonys recent directions makes me question if they just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate making money? What a ridiculous thing to pull after the success they had, hopefully the Studio learns from this and doesn't work with Sony as a publisher in the future.

I've played Baldurs gate 3 alright, but this is my GOTY.

Some real old school co-op feels playing with friends, I went into this experience with HIGH expectations but this game delivered and then some, nearly 20 hours in and still finding new stuff and figuring stuff out. I'd recommend that you don't look up how to do everything and just figure stuff out yourself. This has been the best co-op experience of the year for me. And the most fun I've had with games all year.

You have to look for a more moronic company. Seriously. I play this from time to time, the security update does not affect me that much.

However. Their main playerbase? The people keeping this alive? Yeah good job pissing on all of your supporters.
A former titan and surely one of the games that made people BUY a whole ass headset just to play. Now shunning their own supporters.

Even though I play this a lot from time to time I can't recommend playing this in the year 2022.

Every other game will have some form of person using an exploit, usually less severe as in kicking you once you are close to high killstreaks or making the lobby into domination when you que TDM etc.

However seeing someone with wallhack isn't uncommon at all, I'd say atleast 1 in 5 games will have you questioning the person on the other team and more often than not you will be right.

Don't play this if you are even slightly above average at games, people will kick you for going positive and doing better than them, it's unfortunate to see the state one of my alltime favorite games is in, and even if it is an old game there's no excuse for letting people ruin the game to the extent that they do.

I miss the glory days of this game, and whilst the games without any cheaters and or exploits sure do happen and that you can have a good time. It's far too uncommon to make this more of an enjoyable experience.

You can still get good games, but expect to be booted with a message in russian that you can't read.

Still having stuttering issues in 2024 on top end hardware, no ultrawide support.

It's a fun time sink, although I think it could use some tweaking.

In my experience you either horribly lose or just snowball way too hard and you're set for the next 30 rents coming up,

Fun synergies and alright sound design, gameplay is very satisfying if you're doing well and if you're not it isn't frustrating or un-fun. Runs restart quick and it's easy to grasp the concept of the game.

Overall I recommend it.

No necessary micro transactions??? Prime currency is winning and you can't buy it?!? You earn the free coins fast no matter if you win or lose?!?!

This game is fantastic and a lot of fun with friends, it's not often I fall in love with a party game like this or any for of "Battle royal"

I personally more see it like an elimination game or like a competetive roblox obby course for those that played that as a kid.

Yes the game is 20$ but there is no extra cost after this, there is no content locked behind dlc and the updates that come out aren't behind a paywall either, you play to earn here and if you think 20$ is a lot then I think you should look at other games around you that cost the same or even more that still charge you for dlc etc.

I bought this for myself and my brother so a total of 40$ and I am not regretting it one bit, it was worth every penny.

This game has a banging soundtrack and it's a lot of fun to play.


Now for the negatives, the few things that irk me about this game is the teamgames at times, and especially the tail tag gamemodes, I feel like these should be dependant on who HELD it the LONGEST rather than who is lucky to have it last second. Going hand in hand with this complaint is the occasional disconnect/Server crash and you get launched back to the lobby, robbed of your final round.

This does not happen often enough that I feel it takes away from the game and over all this game is a blast, solid 10/10 for me.
