Matchmaking is slow because the player count has decreased significantly over the years, there is now about 300 players on average, making matchmaking take about 6 minutes. The matchmaking is good, the long queue times are the
low player count's fault.

There are some balance issues but with good strategy and teamwork, your team can overcome anything. Games usually last about 30 minutes with plenty of opportunities and gameplay mechanics to help either team change the tides of the battle, as long as you communicate with your team and strategize, games are never one sided and are a thrill to the end.

Awesomenauts can run on a toaster and is free, there's no reason to not at least try Awesomenauts, this game needs more players
