I really do blame the Spark engine for this, it's too easy to rely on its plug mechanics to deliver the same puzzles over and over, the mental exercises are the same, despite overlying superficial graphics that seem to offer difference but don't. They need to upgrade the spark engine... Sooner rather than later, to add more puzzles and variety.
I.verveer is right - there is too much of the same stuff in most new games- nothing much to excite any more . Sigh.
