-UK takes opportunity to 'do a favor' and war France while ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on Italy's skills
-Italy joins Allies, I'm surrounded.
-I win against Czechoslovokia and I gain Romania, more oil!
-Fight Poland, they give me Danzig, I still invade them. xd
-Allies didnt guarantee Poland, more resources and factory room.
-Take lowlands, fight UK who has taken France
--UK extends maginot all the way through Lowlands. Can't push through!!!
-Dip into Italy, got red air, can't push in.
-Bring in more planes from France Theatre, get green air. Start making big breakthroughs with Medium Tanks
--1 month later, I have 100 Italians encircled, UK starts raging.
-Go into Italy and go right under the belly of France.
-Take France entirely, UK rage quits


10/10, HOI4's very good once you know how to play it

This game is by far one of the greatest concepts I have seen in many games I have played. It is set in a historical-fiction survival where you set out to mine resources, build great structures, and always consider fight or flight while obtaining these items. But the company that has made this game, has poorly executed making it.

The first big problem of this game is no matter what internet connection, what computer specs you have, you will lag. You will find that while fighting it is very choppy, your opponent teleports to other places. Skill is not completely rewarded because of this, and therefore only brings you so far. Many people instead of using weapons, use the rope to catch people and it completely ruins the combat style of the game.

The second big problem, the community. The community in the most part is very toxic, you will find that when you try making friends you will be decieved with friendliness and kindness, and backstabbed once you have reached talking-distance with the individual. After people reach their height of building a castle, they prey on the smaller people because they are simply bored. It is not entirely the communities fault, but the game developers for not allowing more things to do afterwards besides kidnapping & raiding. The game developers, rather than working on the game to make more content, push forward in patching the game which may sound good at first, but the developers put almost no effort into it, and the patches usually come to no avail.

This game is extremely frustrating to play, constantly you'll feel dissatisfired after playing this, and so the developers should really step up there game. If they cannot, I would advise they sell the game, they'd make more money selling the game, than actually making it if this keeps going on. The concept is amazing, I absolutely love it, but again, it is awefully executed and just a mere shadow to its former self.

Do not buy this game, you will come back thinking you have wasted hours upon hours of your life.
