At first I was a bit disappointed because when I bought this I didn't understand that it's basically an "hidden object" game, most of the gameplay revolves around it... and I hated it. This is just my personal preference, the game is good, I'm just really bad at it and I feel stupid when I can't find something that is right in front of my eyes. Thankfully, you can pay one of the NPCs to tell you exactly where you can find the objects needed to complete the quests.

As you can read on the store page, Cozy Grove runs in real time and there's a limit to the quests you can do each day. This is one of the things I liked about the game, but if you'll like it or not depends on your preferences.

It's a slow-paced game and the gameplay can get repetitive, maybe even boring... yet I played it for almost 90 hours and didn't even realize it.
Every day since I bought the game, I turned on my PC and logged in. I checked what Mr. Kit and Valentina had for sale, I did a couple of quests, I fed my animals and maybe collected some resources while walking around the island. If I had found a new decoration that I liked, maybe I'd decorate for a bit. Then I would log out to go play something else.

It is absolutely not necessary to log in everyday, it's not like the flowers could wither or the animals need you to feed them. All the "important" quests that are required to progress the main story are not time sensitive so you can skip those that are if you don't wanna do them. Also, you can save and exit the game whenever you want, no need to "go to bed to end the day".

Oh, and since everyone compares it to Animal Crossing (they have some things in common but don't expect the same game), I'll just say one thing: while I love that game, I really don't like the music in ACNH. I like playing this kind of games while listening only to the ambience sounds and I really don't like that you can't turn off the music there if you want to, so I was extremely happy when I saw that here you at least have the option.

In the end, I realized that the more I played it, the more I liked it. It's cute, it's relaxing, the stories are nice and you can hug all the bears.

Thank you so much to the developers for creating this.
I've been looking for something like this for a really long time and I've never found anything that actually helped me focus and relax.
At first I thought the price was a little high (maybe it is) but it's worth it.
The soundtrack and ambience sounds are beautiful and I love how you can create a "to-do list" and tick off each task as it’s completed. The timer is also really useful!
I've reached the point that I come home from work and I can't wait to start studying.
Honestly I think it's fine even as it is, but I really hope that more customizations options will be added in the future (like more clothes and more room decorations).

I recommend it to anyone who has difficulty concentrating on tasks and getting things done.

This was incredibly depressing and much more dark than I thought. I saw some reviews online that described this game as "relaxing", it's not.

At first I liked taking care of the goats and garden, I didn't mind that it was slow (even if it is really, really, really slow), but after a while every minute started to feel like ages. After 2 hours I had lost all the will to do anything, all my goats and chickens had died despite all my efforts to prevent it and I spent the last days just sitting in the chair doing nothing and praying for the game to end. I couldn't bear it anymore, and maybe that was the point? Then the ending made me feel even worse.

I liked the art and concept but it's incredibly tedious and playing it made me feel awful.
I don't recommend it especially to people suffering from depression and/or anxiety.

It's a beautiful game that sometimes made me laugh, sometimes made me smile and sometimes made me cry, especially near the end. It's actually a sad story, but still, it's really, really beautiful and sweet and I'm really glad I played it.

It's an RPGmaker game with some light puzzle elements. The writing, the artwork and the soundtrack are wonderful. It's really difficult to write a review for this game, at least for me.
I really liked the concept, you meet many characters and it's hard not to grow attached to them, even if I didn't want to because I knew that I would cry in the end.
Despite its cute appearance, this game addresses many serious themes like mental illness, racism, bullying and especially death and the acceptance of death.

I wish I could be more useful with my review but you have to experience this game for yourself. I hope you'll give this game a chance. It's a masterpiece and I feel really happy, in the end, even if my heart hurts. It was worth it.

An adorable game about solving mysteries and making friends!

It's in 2D and the gameplay is really simple, you just move around town and talk to people, it's basically a visual novel. The main story is pretty short, like 4-5h, but you'll need another 5 hrs to complete the game at 100%.

The art and writing style are both fantastic, every character is unique and when you befriend them you get to know more about them with little "side-stories".
These side-stories are amazing, sometimes touching, sometimes funny, sometimes even a bit creepy!

It's a really cute game and it's totally worth 2$. I highly recommend it!

I wasn't sure If I would have liked this game or not. In the end, it was so much better than I expected!
At first, I was actually like "meh"... until Raze *cough* Dorius *cough* spoke for the first time. I instantly fell in love with his voice and that's when I decided that I loved his character.

The dialogues are well written (and sometimes funny) and I love the fact that you can choose how to react and play as a good or evil person. The story is really interesting and while some of the plot-twist I could easily guess from the start, some others really caught me unexpectedly.

There's not much romance so you could be disappointed if that's what you're looking for. Also, please note that if you're triggered by sexual assault, torture and/or abuse, you should probably avoid this game.

A really nice mix of visual novel and point&click adventure!

If you haven't read it in the description, you should know that this is not a full game, it's just the first chapter with two more to come as paid dlc. I usually don't like buying "unfinished" games but I found this on sale and decided "whatever, it seems interesting and I want something new to play".

It took me 5 hrs to see all the endings, complete every achievement and exploring everything. There are different routes in which you can meet new characters, explore new places and do different things to get to the ending, so it never felt repetitive or boring. The art is amazing, the backgrounds are full of details and I loved the soundtrack! The plot is intriguing and the writing is really good and makes every character looks realistic.

Honestly, you can see how much care was put into this game just by playing it. I can't wait for the next chapters!

I never bought a soundtrack on Steam, but then I played this game and I fell in love with its music. It's amazing and even if I feel a bit guilty spending money on this, it's less than 1$ and it's totally worth it!

When I was little, me and my sister used to play this game all the time. She doesn't play videogames anymore, she lost interest growing up, but we still have amazing memories of us playing games together and this one was one of our favourites. I bought this on Steam because I wanted to play it again, and I loved it.
I admit that I'm probably nostalgic, but I can usually recognize when a videogame didn't age well and I don't think this is the case.

The story is simple, but interesting; the jokes are funny and the dialogues are brilliant. I also really like the music.
You can switch at any time between the old graphic and the remastered one. At first I tried the remastered version. I personally didn't like the artwork, at all. The voice acting seemed pretty good, but after a while I decided that the classic version was better in every other way. If you don't mind pixel graphic, I'd suggest you play the classic version too. I especially love the art for the close-up shots, I think they're amazing!

If you're a fan of point&click games, try this and I'm sure you won't regret it!

Bastion is an amazing game that I'd recommend to anyone.

The art style, the soundtrack, the story and the narration are wonderful.
The gameplay is simple but it's really fun, you can choose different weapons and skills and change them at any time.
The only con I could think of is that it's a bit short, but it has a NG+ mode and great replayability.

I'd really like to say more about this game. I wish I knew how to explain to you why I think it's a masterpiece and why I think you should buy it, but I don't know how to express in words how much I loved playing it.
