I will most likely update this review later with more gameplay relevant information, but for now there is little things to say.

Will change this negative review to positive if the Steam to PSN Link requirement gets resolved in a fair way.

The game is great, the dev studio is great. Sony as the publisher trying to enforce bad practice is the real issue. Sonys decision (if unchanged) will make this game unavailable to some customers who already bought the game (or might still want to buy it) depending on if PSN is available in the country they live in or not.
