Five hours ago, I got myself a cup of tea and started this game. I've just now remembered my cup of tea.

Very engrossing, good storyline, good interface - absolutely worth it.

I don't even know where to start - the warning about spoilers when you load the game is absolutely correct, because that ending hit me like a truck.

In terms of actual gameplay, it almost feels like a live-action dramatic Ace Attorney game, and I want to be clear that I absolutely mean that as a compliment

Engrossing setting and storyline, but oof this hits a little differently than it probably did for people who played it pre-covid...

Strangely absorbing - I really wanted to do a good job getting everything tidied up. At one point I genuinely found myself saying out loud "Dang it, where did I drop that guy's head?"

As someone about the same age as the main characters, let me tell you there's nothing more relatable than taking health damage from sitting in an uncomfortable chair.

This game has taken over my life in the best possible way.

I mean, I finished playing and immediately started a new game without even exiting back out to the desktop.

I like that it's very relaxing, but still an actual puzzle game with objectives and some strategy needed - you can't just slap some plants down and call it good, it requires some thought about the best positions and types of plants and strategic scenery locations. There's also the sense that there's no specific "right" answer to any level. It is what you make of it.

My only quibble is that the targeting is sometimes a bit difficult, particularly when you're trying to place things like arches or pipes that you're hoping to join up, but I can also see the value in encouraging people to be freeform in their scenery.

Fun game with an enjoyable and absorbing storyline, but the actual interface isn't always intuitive. It helps a lot if you hit space to show hotspots, and know how to drive a stick.

Just crammed full of puzzley goodness - very atmospheric, so even with no time limits or actual pressure, it kept up a good feeling of tension without being too stressful or frustrating.

Not very long, but well-packed with puzzle-y goodness so good value for money. The puzzles flow into each other well, so you're never stuck too long just wondering what to do, and build on each other to get a good rhythm going - they succeed in making each chapter feel like one long multi-part puzzle rather than a batch of unrelated minigames.
