Absolutely inexcusable. The game struggles to maintain a completely manageable 30FPS. Accelerating the Batmobile through the streets of Gotham causes the frame rate to plunge into the single digits. All these issues occur on the lowest graphical settings, on a computer that runs Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and Grand Theft Auto V at high settings with no fuss. Let’s not forget Arkham Knight was delayed multiple times so there’s no excuse why this game launched in such a broken state.

I’ll gladly update my review when Warner Brothers decides to get off their backside and fix this game. What I played was fun when I could get it working. Until then stay far away.
