I played this game in the '90s, and it is still just as fun and addicting as it was then! I particularly enjoy designing my own ships and taking them into battle. Interacting with the other empires is fun, especially manipulating them into declaring war on me. It's a fun, if simple old game!

Coming from a tabletop background of Sky Galleons of Mars, Aeronef and Imperial Skies, I find this game incredibly fun. It starts a little slow, but when you research a few types of blocks, all sorts of possibilities open up. Build and fly you favorite airships, or other steampunk vehicle!

Having played tabletop Battletech since the '80s, I can highly recommend this game. It is not quite like the tabletop game, but it is really close. I hope you enjoy it!

Early Access Review
This game is great! Essentially, it is a navigable planetarium. No space pirates jumping out from behind asteroids. No giant bug-like monsters swarming you or your ship. Just the known universe, with procedural elements added to fill in some of what we don't know. And, if you just want the known universe, you can turn off the procedural elements as well.

I've played Ogre in the tabletop form since the late '80s. This is just like playing the tabletop version, with less set up, less cleanup, and it has AI opponents. I love this game!

This is a fun large-scale Star Wars battle game. I enjoy the campaigns, where you plan and organize conquest of the entire galaxy. I also like the availability of mods to change elements of the game, or even the whole setting.

I have a lot of fun with Space Engineers. With all of the Workshop content, you can make it nearly any science fiction setting you want.
