Great shooting mechanics, smooth gameplay and a chainsaw that needs more fuel.... this thing plays like a unstoppable train.
Doom Eternal can be brutally difficult, though it is not unforgiving. You can adjust the difficulty or choose for an additional armor after a number of deaths. You're not forced to always pick a harder difficulty or restart the game is you want it harder or easier. This makes the game much more accessible than expected, while remaining rewarding for the veterans.

In the same genre as Limbo, Inside tells a story without a single word. It's one of the most stylish, emotional and heart-wrenching experiences available on steam. It's a platformer that goes so much further with excellent puzzles, a compelling story-line, twists and leaves you with a great sense of satisfaction... and leaves you somewhat bedazed when it's finished.
In the 3.5 hours it took me to finish it, I never got the sense I payed too much. I'm not sure if I'll replay it often, but this was one amazing and disturbingly unforgettable trip through the mind of it's creators.


One year later... this one still haunts me at times...

The lab might only be an asortment of demo's thought the diversity, level of detail and immersion is astounding. It's worth playing for two of the mini games alone... the slingshot and longbow games are great fun!
Who knew defending my castly would be so much fun or laying waste to a giant warehouse would be so rewarding :) .
