It's like if you took Binding of Isaac and removed 99% of the gameplay, made the control scheme worse, and replaced the main character with the guy from "Don't S*&^ Your Pants".

I had to leave the game running for a few extra minutes to even leave a review after seeing most of what it had to offer to meet the 5 minute minimum on steam.

Real good, liked this even more than the Skyrim Mod. Only thing I hope they fix for future players is the massive disparity between the volumes in some of the voices, one is PARTICULARLY loud.

Has the RPG/Difficulty feeling of Morrowind with the quality of life and smoothness of Skyrim. Blown away by how good this is.

Easily one of the greatest games on steam, got it in early access and have never been disappointed with the direction that the developer took it.

Noita in a nutshell: I'm having a good run, being careful, found a nice wand upgrade and some good perks. I open a treasure chest deep underwater. Inside the chest is a lightning artifact that immediately electrocutes the water and I die before it renders on the screen. 10/10

Early Access Review
Paying $60 for what is almost an Alpha is pretty laughable for a AAA gaming studio. Divinity games are great but that shouldn't give a company a free pass to put out something this unpolished and still charge the same price as a fully developed title.

Come back and try the game in a few months after they've developed it some more, or settle for a buggy slaphazard mess. MANY weird audio/visual bugs in just the first hour and lots of small issues that should have easily been fixed before this was shipped, I can't imagine the dev team not encountering this stuff considering how early in the game you encounter it.

I LOVE the Baldurs Gate series, and seeing the injustice the game is currently doing it is pretty depressing.

Its really good and you should play this if you aint a lil baby boi. Only gotten better since 1.0 release and has somehow crammed even more content into the game.

Ran into a few bugs such as being stuck in a stumbling animation, inability to sprint anymore, and a permanent blurry screen. These were fixed by saving the game and reloading or finding some way to kill myself.

Overall though the game felt more like a walking simulator, though a more interactive one than most. Go through an area, pick up the objects at the end of each path, after collecting the objects something knocks you out and because "story reasons" you wake up in a new area and repeat this process a few more times to end the game. Just felt lazy overall and it was always super predictable that I was going to be staring at a black screen right after I picked up the last item in each chapter.

The game itself does look really nice, the only complaint I have is that the bear traps don't reset their model back into the "armed" position after you trigger them and have to reload which is just a minor cosmetic thing.

As far as value is concerned I feel this belongs more in the $5 range which feels bad because, again, it does LOOK really nice. But there's just not a lot of game here and pretty much zero replayability.

Great game. I was doubting it for the first couple hours, it was a fun action platformer sure but I was more interested in the Metroidvania aspect which the game does come through on eventually. Glad I stuck with it as once the metroidvania aspects come into play I think the game goes from average to really good.
