Despite the glowing reviews and me being a massive 40k fan, I was worried I might not like this game. However, I was pleasantly reassured - it is great fun as a retro shooter. We just need a necromunda PvP mod next!

Amazing storytelling through roguelite turn based strategy/exploration/RPG gameplay. Excellent depth of events and character recruitment/development.

A squad-based take on Fire emblem that is very well executed.

Excellent quick roguelite RTS gameplay loops will keep you coming back for more as you build your overarching empire. Additionally, the dedication from the developers and the rate at which they release new content is outstanding.

Just a warning undisclosed on the page: The game hangs every few seconds if you do not have a controller plugged in. You NEED a controller!

This game is a unique experience that I highly recommend. The story writing is excellent and the decisions feel important. The writing is emotive and gets you invested in an ever building story that inexorably builds up through increasingly high-stakes decisions between competing interests.
