Blaming playing this on someone I know Bromadthenomad goofy guy on twitch, who showed it off and was playing it looked like a lotta fun. Honestly was, if you love castlevania or metroid or both, you'll like this one its got plenty of secrets playing through the same level you can end up taking so many different paths.

That and weapons yea they have a hell of a lot of different uses, such as grappling hooks, seeing an idiot moving above you and shooting fire balls? Pull his ass down and beat him to the ground....or freeze him for a free one shot kill.

But yea great game glad I played now just gonna kinda go do 100% don't mind me really hope they make more games like these always good to turn the brain off and play for a good few hours.

Unless you guys deal with Sony your games gonna die, all your ideas, effort and care for this game gone in a instant cause they want to take our freedom away to shoot bugs and those filthy toasters with our brothers and sisters.

I thought I'd like it but after trying it a few times once I get to a certain wave, I can't click ANYTHING, like no chest rewards, no specials, can't even refresh my damn cards and then its basically over can't do anything else after trying to build up a good like run over base but nope.

Would of given the game a nice 8/10 but with things like that happening and the odd feel of how far things drop it feels like only the meta builds work I can be wrong not sure if I am.

So gonna give it a 3/10 only snag it on sale.

They quite literally ruined the game, I used to play this so many years ago, it was fun you had survival PVE with people made friends, or even make some new friends it WAS a great game.

Not anymore though which is the sad thing, it had such good potential then they basically spit in the faces of people who paid for the game, who supported it and just enjoyed it wasting their time and energy.

Literally all they had to do was add more units, game modes and they could of kept doing the free to play with the store having cosmetics and the PVE units that could be boosted.

So with all that said, the community is dead, the devs ruined it all if you think that is harsh, well I am normally very understanding that it takes a lot of time and effort to do things....But when you take from a game with a nice thriving community for a fun and unique game and make it a solely PVP game you've lost your unique edge and then you don't have much less.

Haaaah, the most repetitive game I have played in a long long time, like you seriously get all characters that join your story mission people by the same way.

Go to the mission counter like three or four letter description of the character, go fight said character, the story mode is so dry of content at first it made you think oh there will be a neat story line for picking a team led by one of the characters but it just seems the same.

Fighting seems so boring since literally 90% of your enemies are the "venoms" generic evil people with extra powers that all look a like and just have random super moves, I feel like they put about no effort into making this game and just is trying to make a quick buck, even on sale it isn't worth it.

Tried going for five hours, and all I had for missions was "find more members, find more members, find more members" , and like you would hope there would be something fun there,

Oh and for anyone who likes using a keyboard you are kinda screwed over they only tell you the controller controls for it so yea, go buy minecraft instead you'll get a better story and more things to do.

The only good part was beating up Kiba and Yu gi in this game, as they try to throw cards at me btw.

Man I was really enjoying this game up till the point when it started to just forever not connect to their servers....

Also you would think the servers would go better since their publisher is Square Enix, the people with two big FF mmo games on it.

If the game could work for more then a damn hour when it does work, it would be fun honestly. The skills feel good, the game looks nice and it feels like a Gears, RPG with looting, character customization and interesting gameplay.

Alright, so for someone who has played a lot of open world crafting games, it is either crafting feels boring and unrewarding, gear progression is your only choice, or it just feels so open that it is open no direction what so ever.

This game fixes those issues, One it not only has direction of where you go should go but it makes you want to explore with its world generation, So check on that next is gear progression now you have bosses which also make you want to go looking out for them and not just sit in one little area never looking to what this lovely world has to offer. And the third issue that I find commonly with a lot of games like this, the crafting feels exciting you get a new axe, and your mind just clicks to oh ♥♥♥♥ I can get that new boat, new boat means more places to go and of course new boat smell.

But yea enough of the silly bits the game is good, it has a nice leveling system, it has good boss progression, it's crafting system feels solid and to top that off it has good building physics no floating bits of wood in the sky for no reason or some crap.

What I would love to see for the future would be maybe other Vikings there just in little towns, maybe some cool little quests, add some new rare items to really sink in those people who love to put hours into this fun already game, hell maybe some musical instruments to play songs on long voyages through the ocean, a little tuning on the way ground elevation and such works with the hoe but other then that it is great.

I've put nearly up to 100 hours in this game and I still have things to do.

If you are looking for a game you can chill out with friends and play this is a great choice for 20$, the online can be a wee bit choppy at times but otherwise is solid, you can level together and even bring your character from your single player worlds to multiplayer with no issues what so ever~!

P.S. Devs give the Vikings some booze to drink, and extra paddles on the boats when you get the chance <3

It's alright, I've played a lot of roguelikes this one is heavily rng based if you will live, or die on a run of course skill and dodging come into account as well but I'll get to that in a second.

So first off, items you can find them but the randomness of how many or how little you get via each area is a real punch to the face, as well as animals and turrets now if there was a set number to each area that would be a bit nicer towards new players.

Otherwise you have to try and make a mad dash to find roses to buy any from the shop keepers at town, and not to mention guns as well, some of the guns feel rather good when upgraded and some can stand on their own without upgrades even.

That being said I wouldn't suggest this to someone who isn't looking to be challenged, or having to put up with rng and the such putting it over on you.

Also little bit of a irksome thing is when they start spawning heads in that float around on the later years, I am not sure why they made them invincible, I can understand speeding up enemies and the such as years go on but it's basically like a why that of all things.

And those looking for a actual farming sim this isn't the game for you, unless you play on the lower years then it's more so of a mad dash to get crops down and you don't give a ♥♥♥♥ half the time of the order if you don't get enough money. You basically get nothing at the end of the year and it can really sink you hard.

P.S. Screw the unfriendly worm and it's unfriendly hitbox.

Just wish that my friends wouldn't get disconnected so much. Would play alone since half the time friends just get booted.

So got to try out the free version of the game, played it on my own and with a friend, honestly it was a lot of fun. We got to goof around and build crazy big cars to just destroy the ones spawning around us make a fun base, and level up with the factions to get some cool and really destructive tools to test out, would suggest anyone who hasn't purchased it to try the it for free while you can~.
