This EDF has a lot of good things going for it, but it really lost what makes EDF, EDF. Which is the large quantities of enemys and hard difficulty. This game is way too easy and needs like 10,000x more enemies, then it can call itself EDF. Until then, I don't recommend.

Early Access Review
I hate early access and am highly against it. However I loved the original mount and blade and I took a chance on this. I am very very happy to say it meets and exceeds my expectations. It is an excellent sequel and to be honest does not feel much like early access or alpha/beta it feels quite complete. Or maybe I am just accustom to games being "done" with hella bugs still. Whatever the case, if you love M&B you will be happy with this I am sure.

Very cool and fun game, highly recommend. Really would like to see some more FREE maps, and would not mind seeing some new enemies with cool mechanics. But biggest concern right now is maps, I very much enjoy the game it has a lot of replayability if it werent for the few maps in my opinion.

Early Access Review
I dont buy early access games, but this game was tempting. Very fun lighting people on fire with lanterns. Their cries of agony... the smell of burnt flesh and kerosene... 5/7 perfect score.

I aint gonna lie, this game is pretty fun and hilarious.

I didn't fall in love with this game Immediately, having played War of the Roses, and Mount and Blade this game felt not as good at first, but if you give it a few hours you soon realize its actually better in nearly every aspect. You don't get the hundereds of people lining up a shield wall like Mount and Blade but you do get better graphics, controls, animations, sounds, taunts, objectives/game modes, and, non-clunkyness.
And compared to War of the Roses, it is just pretty much superior in every way honestly.

This game is considered one of the best westerns and less than 30min in you will start to see why. Great game, great ai honestly, great mechanics, modern games haven't progressed much when you go back and taste games like this one. Completely recommend, and if you like westerns recommend x50. I look forward to playing this alot, just need the time off school.

This game had and still has so much potential its insane. Then ubisoft took a steaming hot dump on it and said they wont work on it anymore. Pft. I recommend it because it is amazing but honestly I doubt its playable due to lack of population. I dream of its redemption some day....

Note: this is my first time playing any Witcher games, and I am really, really picky about singleplayer games. I am a pvper by heart.

CHARACTER/STORY:
So although I feel Gerald(or whatever the witchers name is) is sorta annoying and too wannabe badass all other aspects of this game and its characters/stories is fantastic and near perfect. Absolutely having a blast in this game and it is very large, I doubt I will be beating it any time soon.

SLUGGY-NESS:
I had issues with the controls and stuff at the start, but was remedied by turing motion blur OFF, v-sync OFF (limits frame rate if you didn't know), turn ON desktop cursor, set frame rate limit to 60+. All other settings maxed on my pc but set to your own liking/ capability.
[note: this is one of the few games I have ever played that I don't need v-sync on, I get zero screen tearing with it off.]

CLUNKY-NESS:
After doing that most of my issues were gone, the only thing that bothered me a little was that it felt a bit clunky on PC and seemed like a Console port however after a few hours in-game I don't really notice it anymore and it feels quite fine, also I recommend pressing CTRL and walking everywhere and using shift to run when you want, makes everything feel better graphically, realistically, and keyboard controling-ly...

I stole a boat from the military, did a couple doughnuts while they shot arrows at me, then brought it back and slaughtered them all. This game is great.
