Its an enjoyable game. But it is hard to get over the redundancy of it all. Starting tables over and over and over and over again. They need to allow metals through the portals so that this repetition isn't as painful. In the end it might kill the game for long term. Do wish there was different music as it gets old with the same thing every night and day. Wish there was an easier way to figure out how to up your table, at least a clue besides you need level 5 to upgrade this thing... well duh, but what am I looking for people? :) Don't understand how the little Grey's pop up when you have a fence in a larger area. Like magic "bling". Though I do enjoy the bug that a Grey will keep running into the defense and respawn and come back and do it again... and again. Though it does run down the spikes. I would still play it, with friends its enjoyable. Solo, I would want to stab my eyes out from some of the areas with constant attack.

I enjoyed the visual oddities and the story. I am so glad they created 2 more! A great get-a-way.

Gorgeous, amazing game that I enjoy all around. You die? No big deal, you will come back and be stronger. Is it super easy?
Nope, just the right amount to keep growing and earn "beating" the Gods. I enjoy the story line and the graphics are fresh and clean and beautifully colorful. There is nothing else to say as you just need to give them your money.

Most of the ratings on here seem to be lost on what "Early Access Game" means and haven't read the details on it. THERE WILL BE BUGS. YOU WILL HAVE SERVER CRASHES. And if you actually read before you click "buy" it is ONLY MULTIPLAYER MODE FOR NOW. I am really disappointed in the Steam community on their comments and rating for this being myopic on where the game actually is vs it being a real non-beta launch.

If you are not up for bugs, testing and a character wipe, don't buy it yet. This early concept isn't new and has been around for a ridiculous amount of time... ever heard of World of Warcraft? If you like to give feedback and have patience for bugs and input, do buy it if you like this type of game.

So far:
>Opening scenes and videos are much better than previous versions.
>Outside of natural lag, only have had loading and booting due to server issues today (as expected). In game killing I haven't had any delayed death causing lag.
>Getting use to the options in game, descriptions are needed to well round items rather than selecting and trying (prepare to try different options vs understanding what they do from their title).
>Have put in a few bugs with party invites and feedback requests.
>Voices are better than past game.
>So far haven't gotten to get into the story really because of server issues, but will play later as the game progresses and capacity gets worked out.

6/15 Update:
>As expected, server issues got resolved, played for several hours and had no boots or lag during game play or moving through content.
>Configured my fort today which is a nice addition. Figuring out warping and map still as am only level 5.
>Still curious if fishing holes will be around, certain pets have different stats and spells. I'm playing this blindly, have read no reviews or details, want to just wiggle through it.

Was visually enjoyable, music was nice, enjoyed.

Loved the vibrant colors and the music. It was very peaceful to play.

Best DLC for Borderlands 2. As usual enjoyed the humor, beauty and world. If you never get any of the DLC's at least get this one!

Sadly Eventide 1 and 2 were better. It has been a long time since I have played a game that I was highly disapointed in the story.

*SPOILERS IN THIS REVIEW*

Only positive:
The graphics were still pretty.

Negatives:
>Black screen between every change of cut scene and movie. Was like it needed to load on a console when I am playing it on a PC.... and my machine is very capable.
>Didn't get any of the Slavic background in this game.
>The music didn't match, though it wasn't irritating it didn't fit.
>The story line in all past items had a female main character who was intelligent and capable, but this round her brother who didn't support anything and couldn't stay awake for half the game ends up being the king and she has to hand over the staff.... she saves them all and it felt like she was patted on the head and the end. Almost like someone bitter got ahold of the ending.

I loved the first and I fell in love all over again with The Book of Unwritten Tales 2! I just love the characters, voices, quirks, humor, visual beauty, storyline etc. I have the best time playing this game. I love all the places to go and the constant geek humor that sneaks in. Where is 3, lets do this!

Loved this game as well. Wish it was longer, bring on 4!
