每日一道菜
泡菜炒豬五花

1.取一乾鍋，加熱後放入豬五花肉將油逼出

2.油逼出後，將豬肉取出備用

3.用逼出的豬油爆香大蒜、蔥，再加入泡菜炒香，最後加入豬肉一起拌炒

4.加入醬油和米酒，再加入少許熱水並蓋上鍋蓋燒煮讓豬肉入味

5.水燒乾後拌入一點香油，完成
