This is an incredible game and honestly it will probably be in my Top 10 forever. Dragon's Dogma was the first game I got every trophy for on PS3. I got my hands on Dark Arisen back in like early 2015 and fell in love. Over 200 hours easily. I got the PC port about a year after it dropped, and boy does playing it at a stable frame rate make it shine even more. It's tragic that DDO was shut down without ever coming out here. Let's hope for an eventual sequel in the future.

On PS3 the game ran at 30fps with occasional dips, with some being quite severe depending on whats going on, and ran at a resolution comparable to 720p. Not TERRIBLE but not ideal. Now this PC port is incredible with how well optimized it is. Capcom is no stranger to porting their MT Framework games to PC (people who played DMC4 on PC know what I'm talking about). On my old laptop (not great PC but not complete dogshitt) I could run the game at res comparable to 900p and MOSTLY stable 60fps., way better but still not perfect. On my latest PC I can run the game on Max settings with 60fps. Let me tell you, if possible this is the way to play.

With the vast, immersive kingdom to explore and the open real time combat, you have 3 different classes to choose from that branch out to other classes of the same type. ♥♥♥♥ that Skyrim ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, this is a real man''s medieval rpg about dragons. With a substantial amount of post game content including the DLC Island, with a great english dub that's delightfully cheesy to top it off. Dragon's Dogma is a game I cannot recommend enough.
