an idle game that lets you not idle if you prefer actively playing???? and rewards you for it???????
insane.

I usually hate idle games by nature of the required idling, just not to my taste, but the great thing about hit game gnorp apologue is that idling is optional- its still very viable, but rewards active management in a way that makes not idling enjoyable as well
absolute banger

Poorly optimised and unfinished (obviously) but has some really well thought out core mechanics and shows great promise

This game is an enjoyable experience... occasionally. It plays out more like a mobile game with gacha aspects and such, but doesn't fit well on pc. The loading times aren't great and the servers have, at most 20 people in them. I most often found myself playing with 3-5 others. Which means the games are short, and with the waiting room lasting 3 minutes, you spend more time waiting for the game to start than you do playing the game. overall kind of sucked.

I can not believe how many hours I have sunk into this trash hole. Cubic castles is a game designed for children even though it has a complex economic system as well as a larger scamming base than tf2. This game hates you unless you spend money. And even then your money gets you practically nothing. Cubic castles is a Frankenstein’s monster of roblox and minecraft, and it fails so badly. The tutorial you have to find by walking to a small cave off the far side of the hub world, a place where a new player would never be able to find it. And by the time players are experienced enough with the games mechanics to the point where they can actually find the intended tutorial, it is useless to them as it takes 10 years to teach them a few basic mechanics THAT THEY HAVE TO UNLOCK! Cubic castles is terrible for anyone over 8. Atleast then they don’t have the taste to realise what good game design is. They probably thought the Star Wars prequels had good acting.

The Stanley parable is a game that earned its way to fame. It is a choose your own adventure style, well, adventure game where the narrator is not just a voice but a major character. He is self aware and refers to the game as his own but still references that you are a player rather than Stanley. The alternate routes are fresh and completely unique and cater to a wide range of gameplay styles and players. I recommend going without a guide for your first few playthroughs but once you get the hang of it a guide can show you some interesting other endings. The comedy is supreme and the story is ridiculous, which when combined makes one of my favourite games of all time. Stanley parables be short, but the smallest of choices you make can completely change the story.

The original was great but seeing new ideas brought into the series with voice acting and new graphics and character design is really amazing. None of the core elements of gameplay have changed and you can easily switch between the old and new styles of gameplay with the press of a button. Great re-make

This is an amazing game and I have been following it’s development for years and to see it now released is amazing. Awesome story, great characters, stunning art design and a great community. The discord for Pirate Software probably gives me the most notifications, meaning it is currently the most active community I'm directly involved in too.

Its pretty good but its identical to the mobile game, meaning it also has the stupid in-app purchases. Its easier to get the app but you get the same experience so do what you want.

This game is pretty bad. As a person who hates DLC i couldn't make myself purchase the full game. I have seen many people who did purchase the full experience and reccomend it, but the content there for free users is pathetic. You only have access to one level, one suit and one hat. You can choose between easy mode or hard mode. I chose hard mode initially because it said that you were able to get winning coin upgrades after every battle, which you need to purchase the suits. However, when you beat the first level it gives you two options. Either increase your hp from 20 to 20 (+0) or increase your winning coins from 0 to 0 (+0). Yes. That is exactly what it said. If you arent willing to pay extra for the rest of the game (which is quite short may I add), just don't bother.
