Vivienne Medrano, also known as VivziePop, is known for being the creator of Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. Vivienne hired an artist on Spindlehorse Productions [web.archive.org] (her animation studio) to storyboard a scene in Hazbin Hotel (and other scenes from Helluva Boss) where the character Angel Dust gets sexually assaulted. While the scene itself is hardly of importance to Vivienne's character, the artist who storyboarded it, Arielle Somerville (aka @R2NinjaTurtle), has openly and unapologetically admitted to being a non-con (rape) proshipper. Whether or not Vivienne was aware of this at the time they were hired on Spindlehorse doesn't matter either, because instead of directly addressing the issue of having an artist who fantasizes about rape scenarios working with her, she instead came to their defense, arguing that "Non con art of fictional cartoon characters isn't illegal lol ????? If it was a lot of animated shows would be f*cked." [x.com] This type of mentality is extremely unprofessional, egregious, and distasteful.
