YES and NO. I would say that the game runs really well on a high-powered computer on anything I do, but the thumbs down is going to Multiplayer from Unofficial Servers to the Main Servers. The people who complain that you are wrong is unbelievable. It can be from the littlest thing to building in a freeport on an Unofficial server and the people who stick up for other players who pick on the weak such as myself becouse I'm alone sadly. I usually play alone and not by choice, so I have the disadvantage unfortunately, but can Handel myself quit well mind you. I would say only play with more than 3 people or you will be killed off by no life players. Other than all of that, the game is fun and worth a try with other PEOPLE ONLY/FRIENDS or try single player.

I would to say that this game is great, but with all the newer updates in the last 8 months has broken the game for melee and what nation you pick to play as. Players will say it was worse a few years ago, but it is broken in a new way now, so still broken in a way even now.
The few more things that make this game bad right now are the classes, players who exploit the classes, the nations that have higher melee damage than the others, The groups who ruin the fun for normal older casual players, and the unbalanced sides of the teams is madding.

Lets start off with the (MELEE:) Melee is still very broken, but has improved a little over the years. If you pick the french side, and pick the guard class, you will do a lot of damage to the Prussia or British nation with little effect and that is another in game exploit players and players who belong to a group love to use still. The french nation is way over powered with hit points and the groups who ruin the game love to pick it every time if they have the option to chose it.

(Picking Classes:) Picking a class is broken if you pick any side but the french team. The classes on the french side are all over powered compared to the Prussia or British team and you have a lower chance to win if you pick Prussia or the British nation.
It also doesn't help that these TRASH groups who I really hate exploit the game in every way possible. They all pick to play as the french side every time they can, and leave all the new or inexperienced players on the other team. You can guess how that play's out.

(GROUPS:) Groups have been apart of this game since the start. It really hasn't been a problem over the years since most of the groups played fair and would equally go on both team to smooth and balance the game a bit for everyone to feel like they have a shot to win and to a few kills. As the game is now, It is truly broken with the newer groups and some of the older one's all staying on one side. It's not even close to a fair fun game anymore. I'm an okay player and will not lower myself to join the TRASH no skill winning side even when we are doomed to lose on the British or Prussia team. The game as it stands with group players staying on one side and that being the FRENCH nation killing new, inexperienced and casual players is killing the fun of the game, and the player base. I QUIT as it stands.

(UNBALANCED) Most of what I said was covered, but with these groups and good players all staying on one side and dooming the other team that has no chance of winning or getting kills without high deaths or getting double team by 4 on 1. This game will die if ANVIL doesn't change something around. I would tell anyone thinking about buying this game to wait to they either fix all of what I said or these players and groups are gone for good, but that is unlikely to happen. I hope they do fix the game, but if they don't. I HOPE IT DIES by their own doing. Thanks for reading.

DO NOT BUY THIS UNPLAYABLE GAME if you have windows 10 and a newer computer. It will just CRASH if you start a new game!. If you want to make this work, than have fun trying, but know this. IT'S NOT ARE JOB AS GAMER'S TO FIX A OLDER BROKEN GAME. It's Radical Entertainment and Activision job to fix this game with a few updates. If they don't care and are to cheap to do this, then do not even wast time on it. TELL all your friends to stay away and not to buy. If you read this and buy it. You are just an Idiot.

It's a strategy game, but if you don't start on the right part of the map or you don't become EVIL and start killing everyone in the early game. Later on, the bigger and stronger nations will all start and try to remove you from the game (Single Player). I really don't care for wasting hours upon hours just to be killed off because they all gang up on you. I also refuse to become EVIL just to win the game. In the end, it kinda pisses me off and I just end up deleting my game progress with over 450's turns it shows. If you don't mind starting over and over again just to find a way to beat the AI players and not easily getting upset, then this game should be fun for you. I on the other hand don't care for anything to do with this type of behavior in any game. I will happily uninstall now. I wish I could give this away for free just to get it out of my library.

I'm only given this a down, because it is a little to hard. Takes a lot of time just to kill the bigger monsters that are apart of the questline. It's also very hard to avoid other dark creatures in the game, They seem to only hurt you a few times and you are dead, if you miss even twice, you are dead!. You can't save without a Source of Power called mana and that seems to run out quite fast. You need money to buy things in this game, but you can't seem to buy much without finding lost treasures around the map.. I did find most of the treasure around the map, but also don't have any money left to buy more bullets. You won't be able tro killl the questline monsters without bullets.. I used my bullets on the random monsters that try to kill me as a player would. WHY DON'T YOU USE YOU'RE SWORD? Good question?? I'm absolutely dreadful with it and just die every single time when I do use it. Some people will say, You are terrible at the game? Perhaps, but it still seems a little to hard for layback players like myself. I will return one day to finnish this game, but not at this time.

Little Update - They also will remove you and your progress from the leaderboreds as well. VERY SHADY COMPANY!. Cash grabbers. Stay away. No fair play here.

Online only. There is hackers and players who love to try and tell you to play their way or you will be kicked out of the game and mocked. I'm not saying i'm the nice person here because i'm not and have NEVER broke any rules or cheated. Leaving a game early by 10 secs is not wrong if you are going to lose anyway. There is no rules for that! FREEDOM OF CHOICE is not allowed here and THQ Will take you're online progress away from you for doing so. Seems like THQ is more against freedom. I Rarely say a word of anything mean endless a person really deserves to hear it from me. Now i'm not sure if that is a hacker who can kick you out of a lobby and a game, or just the makings at THQ Nordic playing games with us. Either way, It shouldn't happen. Being in cohorts with other players over you're professional obligations, is pathetic and sad on you're part as a company. Bottom line. I can say as I want and how I feel as a player. MY RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH, WILL NEVER BE SILENCE!!! I don't give a damn if you like me or not. You have a right to talk as you will and, I have that same right as well. A player shouldn't get kicked from expressing him or her self. NO MATTER WHAT. THQ NORDIC, needs to stop taking favorite's and get back to being professional!. If you don't like players who like free will and love being themselves. I'd be more then happy to go back to gta v online and give Rockstar and Take Two my player base and my money in the future, because they don't kick you for saying a few words and playing a shooter game. Isn't that what i'm suppose to do?

A shame really that Trash kills REAL players like me off and keeps the ones who won't stay a week. Nice going THQ NORDIC. You sure are smart!

I hope the community dies fast with trashy bad business practices like THQ NORDIC has going on. If you got this for free? Stick with the story only. The online is nothing, but a disappointment. Given all of you some helpful tips. Thx.

I still thank THQ NORDIC for given this to us for free, for those who owned the last rfg, but that's it and nothing more at all. I won't be buying from them again, till they stop mixing pleasure with business. Get you're ♥♥♥♥ right THQ NORDIC - For those of you who understand that better.

Fun game, but allies are useless and you get conquered less then a few hours in game on normal gameplay. Not wasting any more time researching for better units, when it takes 10 years.. On top of all of that, u have 2 deal with the doom of chaos or watever they r called.. Along with u'r other common enemies.. I can't take every single group on by myself n my allies just stand there doing absolutely nothing at all while i get killed off 1 by 1. Waste of time, but the buy was worth it. It's a time consumer n hopeless game that leads 2 no where but disappointment.. If u have no patience 4 this type of thing, then try something else on the market

A pretty well put together game from what i have played.. The music in the game is spot on with the atmosphere that is just wonderfully beautiful! The story is a bit odd but not bad.. A a twist between the old america mob, american culture of the 20s to the 50s and of course a serial killer.. I'll stop right there but is it worth the full one Episode ? If you are a fan of the 20s to 50s and american culture mix with the mob and a mix between claasic crime storys, then yes this is something you would enjoy.. The people making this have not came out with a new Episode in quite a while and not to sure if when or if they will ever release the 3rd one! If the first Episode is on sale, then give it a try

A rather fun add-on for this game..

It's much more difficult in this land to survive with the environment, depending where you plan to live..

I have played the main game on the island and don't care for it much with players who enjoy killing people who have no intentions of killing other players for the fun of it or just because they are bored or can..

Again, i like the back thinking of the game but i hate other players so much... I had to try this on a empty server just 2 stay away from many people who would i KNOW would ruin all my hard work of building and taming

I would like a game very similar to ark without the dinos and hours of wasteful building 2 be less with just humans and vehicles! Yes there is some games like that but others are still nothing like ark and and this has CONTROLLER support for people who can't play without it..

If you like to build only like me without being killed off.. Play single player or a server of pve but that is a whole nother story

I think ark in general is fun but the time you have to put into it, is rediculas and a waste!

Give this add-on a try if you like the desert and a more challenge from this land

Wait for a sale or if you REALLLLLY have money 2 spend! This only adds new monsters, a few new things and a new map.. Nothing new with the game design

The game will become boring after 500 hours 4 most who seem everyhing and done almost everything without the killing off others like me - Don't enjoy that type of stuff but only with shooters! Enjoy my rank hehehehahaha lololol

(The good) of this game is the world and the end of the world with the undead trying to kill you at every given chance

(The Bad) The AI are terrible if you are trying to beat all expert levels!
The players are not any better by any means and love to quit after they fail a couple of times.
If you are going to fight by my side on expert, stop quiting! It can take up to 5 hours or more
I'm not going to K.I.C.K you for failing a few times, as long as you are trying your best

I beat one expert level with rookies who didn't give up just resent but it took us around 5
Hours but we did it even after trying over and over again.
You have to have patience sometimes but you try telling that to kids under 18

If you plan on beating this on expert. Get friends or make some, because you won't be
Able to.
Still a great game but you will get bored real fast with most of the players being nasty
People and ruining it for you
