TLDR: The game is good. Looks beautiful, but gets repetitive pretty fast.

The gameplay feels pretty good, all characters feel unique.
Storywise it has nothing to do with BlazBlue for some reason. At least after 10 h of play.
Though it borrows A LOT from games like Hades and Dead Cells, it has some unique features too.
You can play a fast paced roguelike as your waifu so that's a plus.
The artstyle is awesome.

Post release note: it got even better.

It's like Doom but better. How do you even do that?

Game is fun but the matchmaking is nearly nonexistent.

I've played for 50h and have a 100 achievement score, meanwhile in ranked Silver2 I often see people with 2000 achivement score. Something tells me they've been playing a while longer than me.

The game is great!
Pros:
Good gameplay.
Very well done characters and dialog.
Good story.
Great music and voice acting.
Great art style.
The game is pretty hard.
Low price.

Cons:
I feel like it’s too repetitive, mostly because there is no level variety.
(That said I still want to 100% it)

I’d give it a 9/10. Definitely worth buying.
