Did not expect this game to be as fun as it was.

Think two-point or mad game tycoon but for a school.

Surprisingly deep and your school can quickly turn into a complex management simulation.

Pathing is something you should be aware about, the game doesn't talk a lot about it but a bit like cities skylines late game the limiting factor is how fast people can get to their different facilities before the next period starts.

Recommended.

The machine is my temple. Each one a sacred shrine. I name each piston blessed, and every gear divine.

Is certainly a bethesda game in space.
For those who played through the fallout series and skyrim it will tap that itch for exploration.

Story is luckluster but in general I don't trust bethesda to make good stories, they did however nail exploration.

There is also a much more improved base building mechanic if you ever found yourself wanting something more from fo4s base building.

Performance is a problem though, although it is something that can be fixed in time (or with mods).

I'd still recommend since this is exactly what it said it would be.

One of the best RPG games I have ever had the pleasure of playing.
Honestly its hard to know where to start in terms of talking about the games merits.

First thing first though, don't be fooled into thinking this is just your regular rpg maker H games.
It's so much more.

The closest thing I can compare this to is something similar to an old school CRPGs that just happens to be in the form of an rpg maker H game.

Choices really matter and they do have consequences.

Without getting into spoilers be prepared to have your expectations subverted and find yourself regretting choices you make, and obsessively looking at page long guides.

The world building too is honestly impressive, with so much lore that put some contemporary fantasy rpgs to shame.

I'd completely recommend this game right now with the only caveat being that it still isn't done xD.

Though given the current section of the story we are approaching the end so a full release may come soon.

In any case the game is already a full experience even without an ending (as you can tell from my hours played).

I'd also recommend getting the yarra's thanks dlc as a simple tip to the dev since this game deserves to be supported, it adds nothing and only serves as a way to give the dev some money if you don't have patreon.

I'd also recommend checking out the devs other works as they all involve some interesting subversion of common game tropes.

Is so far one of the best indie games I have played since the year has started. I had this game on my wishlist when I first heard the Needy Girl Music video, and patiently waited as it was delayed. And wow what a relatively polished indie game it turned out to be.

The game can be described as a sort of "raising sim" where you have to manage your streamer girlfriend as she tries to become and internet angel. And boy does this game not shy away from everything that entails, drugs, sex, self harm.

Yet at the same time there are genuine moments of beauty and one of Kangel's more heartfelt moments honestly made me tear up.

Hope the developers continue to make more games in the future as they really hit it in the ballpark with this one.

kawaii/10

Update (after playing more of the game and unlocking more endings):
This is one of those games where there are no "happy endings" but there was happiness along the way,
a reflection of our internet culture in a world that is quickly burning.

Also to get the most out of the game you need to unlock all endings.

a few endings require you to do some out of the box things, like one ending needs you to disconnect your computer from the internet

I would honestly have to recommend this game as a lover of cRPGs. The amount of choices and options for role play are much more than I ever anticipated.
This is also perhaps the reason why it also comes with caveats.
That is of course bugs.
Now granted I do not hold the same views as most gamers that want absolutely no bugs in their games. But perhaps as a function of the complexity and scope of the game, there are unfortunately bugs that can at times cause problems.
Now most of the serious bugs have been solved since EA, and the majority at least are being worked on already.
But for those that wish to have a mostly clean experience, it would be best to give this game some time to iron things out.
If however you are like me and somehow have an appreciation for rough gems, then you will find a deep, immersive, at times touching game. With characters that really draw you in to their stories and their struggles, and where the choices you make really do matter (for better or worse) in the game world.

As a fan of the currently growing CRPGs coming out of the Former Eastern Bloc I find the premise and setting quite interesting. There is a certain charm to the game that i liken to my first play through of ATOM RPG. Now there have been a few critiques regarding scaled back content and un fun combat as well as a lack of later game story. However i found the prologue and act 1 to be rather exceptional. I would recommend this game mostly as a show of support for the come back of the CRPG genre. I've felt a bit burnt out by studios pretending to have rpg games that just turn into linear experiences (cyberpunk as an example of an rpg game that became an "action adventure"). The development team also seems to quite active if you take the time to read their community responses, so I am hopeful for continued support and additions to the game. I hope this turns into another ATOM RPG, as the first game took some time to get better (both as the team learned new tools, added new content, and improved their writing) which is reflects in their latest game of trudograd with all that they have learned. All in all I hope dark crystal games continues to learn and grow from the experience.

I was overall surprised by the complexity of this game.
What at first glance appears to be a generic idol management game is actually a difficult and rewarding business management sim, where you have to deal with all the tasks of running an idol group in Japan.

It is easy to go bankrupt even on "normal" difficulty and there are many aspects of the game that require careful planning and management (such as interpersonal relationships of your idols)

A nice thing to about the game is how many random events are sprinkled in that give life and make you feel immersed in running your idol business.

Lastly the story is honestly fantastic and well above what I typically expect from lesser known indie titles.

All in all a solid recommend, provided you are willing to grasp the learning curve of the game.

Honestly having a lot of fun.
It's funny flipping from wasteland 3 and atom rpg: trudograd coz i get to see the US and Soviet Union in cold conditions.
It stays true to the role playing and good writing of the original atom game, while improving a lot compared to the original.
You no longer have to grind through abilities you don't want to get that one ability that lets you use heavy armor. Now it works in a more sensible tier system, where if you unlock one ability it unlocks higher tiers.

There have also been little improvements like letting you review what characters have previously said in a conversation.

All in all a wonderful experience of soviet Fallout.

Really enjoying this game so far.

It really does feel like soviet fallout

and pays much better homage to the original intentions of the early fallout games ( Fallout NV being the only exception in regards to actually good story telling).

The game is a bit clunky and some of the UI could still use some work

I think the most difficult thing is that there isn't a lot of explanation for how things work.

It would be nice to have a more comprehensive help section.

An encyclopedia would also be a wonderful addition as there is a lot of lore that goes on that would be really nice to see in one place.

In any case I'd have to recommend this to any fellow RPG lover

and RPG in the original sense of the word where ones choices and actions have some effect on the world.
