Unfortunately this game tries to copy many of the aspects of Sierra classic, Jones in The Fast Lane, but it just doesn't feel fun. It's missing a lot of the charm that the 90s classic had, plus they tell you the things you need to make every choice. That small change removes any risk/reward mechanic of making attempts to get a job, or level up your education. These choices unfortunately remove the fun in the chance of rolling for a new job, or determining how much education you need.

The Art style also seems to affect the fun. The people you run into in game, seem to be hero characters, while your avatar is very plain. In Jones at least you had some level of fun style, but that might be because the 90s styles haven't aged well so it looks funny. We booted up Jones in the Fast lane after playing a round of this game, and the classic was just much better hands down.

The new mini games in this version make it a defininte buy in addition to the other fantastic party packs.

In case you didn't know this is quite possibly one of the best party games to play with a group of friends. I've been obsessed with this series since they released the first party pack, and they keep building better and better games.

This is the best party game to play in 2015. Your friends will love it. Your parents will love it. You may find out that your grandma is actually very dirty.

Buy if you have friends.
