Pretty good creepy platformer / running away simulator. Atmospheric, intriguing and tense though, so much better played (or watched) than described.

Pros:
* Gorgeously designed and animated.
* Good length for an evening's entertainment. (About 3 hours.)
* Mysterious, atmospheric and intriguing world.
* Some fantastically cool, spooky, and funny (or horrific) set-pieces.

Cons:
* Not much replayability. (Unless you're showing it to a friend.)
* Doesn't really answer any of the questions it raises.

Other:
* Many puzzles will almost definitely kill you before you work out what the game requires you to do to solve them. Though the deaths there are, are creative, disturbing, and well-animated. I've seen other reviewers saying that the death experiences are part of the game as a whole, so more akin to a twisted kind of reward than punishment, and I can see where they're coming from. The checkpoint system means you never lose more than about 30 seconds of progress, so death in INSIDE is something you can explore and experience quite happily. :P

A little over-hyped, and completing it without dying a bunch of times is nigh impossible unless you've already played it through once, but INSIDE is definitely worth check it out if it's on sale.
