Could you try joing again to let me know if your still haveing problems.I updated to cep2.60 which may make it easier for you to join.The file on steam is the same one.i had a player named Heinz234 join and test the steam workshop item and it worked as uasual if you still cant get in you probally never created a empty new folder and renamed it tlk.
